I don't think I could say enough good things about Will. My family and I needed to find and buy a new home over the summer as our rental lease ran out. Will thoughtfully listened to our needs and requirements, narrowed our search parameters down and started showing us homes. Always finding time to meet with us (even when we got overly enthusiastic on a few weekends), Will guided us and truly showed a lot of caring about us as individuals - not just buyers. Although real estate is a business, Will is all about relationships - and when working with him, you feel part of an extended family - something I never thought I would say about buying a home. Once we finally found a few places we wanted to bid on - Will really shined. He is ALWAYS prepared. It's obvious he knows a lot about the local market, and especially negotiations. His suggestions were invaluable - and he was quick to point out what he thought would work and what wouldn't - given his knowledge of the market, the individual house and the seller's agent (many of which he knows). Throughout the negotiation process, which which was difficult at times for us - Will kept our spirits up and provided ongoing helpful advice. Another important benefit of using Will is the company he keeps - from our extremely good home inspector, to our great title company to suggestions for other contractors we needed after the sale. Will's rolodex is full of great people. Finally, I would like to give a nod to Will's communication skills. He's an extremely good communicator and impressively responsive (given that I know he has more than just one client). Funny thing is, you'll probably feel like you are his ONLY client - which is a good thing. After our many questions, I can't think of a single episode where I felt I needed to write him back again because I didn't understand what he was trying to say. I would recommend Will and his business in a heartbeat. You would be foolish to look elsewhere.
